Project Manager – E-Learning

This individual will lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional projects related to training content, systems, and operational processes. The role requires someone who can see the big picture while driving detailed execution—someone who thrives in connecting teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring initiatives stay on track. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate complex cross-functional projects involving training content, platforms, and operational workflows Support the transition of training systems and content during platform migrations and organizational change Ensure projects are aligned with broader learning and enablement goals Manage stakeholder communication, risks, timelines, and reporting Drive continuous improvement in processes and learning experiences Step in to support emerging priorities and lead new initiatives as needed Requirements 10+ years of experience in Project Management Strong experience in e-learning, instructional design, or digital learning project environments Demonstrated ability to manage complex systems migrations or training platform transitions Excellent organizational, communication, and team coordination skills Proven success in delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV to careers@mediantlabs.com Show more Show less
