Instructional Designer

In this role at Mediant Labs, you will be an Instructional Designer responsible for creating impactful training solutions for various audiences. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will design and deliver high-quality learning experiences in different formats to meet business objectives and learner requirements effectively. - Design and develop engaging learning materials such as eLearning modules, video demos, and hands-on exercises for diverse delivery modes. - Create and maintain audience-specific resources, including presentations and other digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. - Regularly update learning content in response to product changes, industry trends, and learner feedback. - Assist in implementing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training materials. - Acquire expertise in relevant products and technologies to maintain content accuracy and value. Qualifications: - Proficiency in creating interactive and engaging learning content. - Expertise in tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Captivate. - Familiarity with SCORM standards. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - 3-5 years of experience in the eLearning industry.
