Role Description Mediant Labs is seeking a skilled and motivated Instructional Designer to create impactful training solutions for diverse audiences. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences, including digital and instructor-led formats, that align with business goals and learner needs. Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging learning materials (eLearning, video demos, hands-on exercises) for various delivery modes. Create and maintain audience-specific resources, such as presentations and other digital assets, adhering to brand guidelines. Update learning content based on product changes, industry trends, and learner feedback. Support the implementation of metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training materials. Develop expertise in relevant products and technologies to ensure content accuracy and value.
