Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects in the finance domain. You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and clients. The ideal candidate has experience in managing software development projects and a good understanding of financial services or fintech operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects related to financial systems, platforms, or products.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and changes.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Prepare and present project status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project coordination role in the IT/Software industry.
• Exposure to finance domain projects (banking, insurance, fintech, investment, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Certification in project management (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
