🎯 About the Role

Project Manager (Design & Marketing)

You’ll work closely with clients (founders, CMOs, government bodies, and startups), managing a talented team of designers and strategists to deliver exceptional creative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end design and marketing projects

  — from client briefing to delivery
• Create and manage

  project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Collaborate with internal

  design, strategy, and content teams

  for seamless execution
• Manage

  client communication

  and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
• Support

  business development

  — assist in creating proposals, pitches, and presentations
• Supervise and mentor a

  team of 4–5 designers and creative professionals

• Monitor project progress and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
• Coordinate with leadership and report on project status and KPIs

Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience in

  project management within design / marketing / advertising agencies

• Minimum

  5+ years

  handling design or marketing projects
• Minimum

  3+ years

  managing clients at CXO or leadership levels
• Strong understanding of

  creative workflows

  , branding, and marketing processes
• Proven expertise in

  project scoping, budgeting, and resource allocation

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduation or master’s degree is a plus
