Project Manager - Data Analytics & Digital Transformation

We are seeking out for an experience "Project Manager" with an exposure of managing large "Data Analytics", "Automation" and "Digital Transformation" projects.

Job Title: Project Manger - Digital Transformation, Automation & Data Analytics

Department: Data & Strategy

Experience: 3-7 Years

Location: Mumbai

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Project Management, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince 2 certification or equivalent (preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

• Define project scope, goals & deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones & resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies

Team Co-ordination:

• Lead and manage project teams, delegating tasks & providing clear direction
• Foster collaboration among team members to ensure smooth execution
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress & resolve issues

Execution & Monitoring:

• Establish project governance structure & conduct regular governance cadence
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations
• Track and manage project progress, budgets, expenses & resource utilization.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
• Provide regular updates & reports on project status to clients and leadership.
• Address stakeholder concerns promptly & professionally.

Risk Management:

• Anticipate potential risks & implement risk management plans.
• Resolve project issues & conflicts effectively.

Post-Project Evaluation:

• Conduct project closure activities, including documentation & lessons learned.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing outcomes & performance.

Key Skills/Abilities:

Analytical Skills:

• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail
• Proven track record of managing complex large-scale digital transformation projects.

Communication Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA etc.
• Strong problem-solving & decision-making capabilities
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies.
