Project Manager-Construction industry

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the Coimbatore area, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Your role will involve project planning, coordination with consultants and contractors, project management, cost management, monitoring quality and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with all necessary permits and licenses. Key Responsibilities: - Plan construction projects and create project management plans - Prepare construction estimates and predict required resources - Coordinate with project consultants and ensure smooth workflow without alterations - Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and project consultants - Supervise construction activities, resources, and personnel - Provide inputs for budget preparation and ensure cost control - Negotiate contracts with vendors for profitable agreements - Conduct regular quality checks and safety inspections - Maintain health and safety standards on site - Obtain and maintain all necessary permits and licenses - Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in project management in the construction industry - Strong industry knowledge and negotiation skills - Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and risk management skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word & PowerPoint) - Strategic thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, and deadline-driven mindset,
