Project Manager (Construction)

On-site Project Manager required - Noida

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in civil engineering, possess extensive knowledge of reading building drawings including civil, electrical, plumbing and mechanical drawings, and demonstrate exceptional quality assessment and leadership skills to effectively lead and coordinate a team of workers on-site.

Requirements :
- Immediate joiner.- 5+ years experience.- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction or similar.

Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight:
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of workers to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Drawing Analysis:
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of building drawings to interpret and communicate project requirements to the team.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to address any discrepancies or issues that may arise during construction.
• Quality Assessment and Control:
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all site material and work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Address and resolve any related challenges in a timely and effective manner.
• Communication:
• Maintain clear and open communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, and team members.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to the project manager and other relevant parties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
