Project Manager (Construction)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end real estate construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete project planning, master scheduling, and day-to-day execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Work closely with the construction team and contractors to maintain smooth workflow at all stages.
• Review and certify BOQs; monitor BOQ vs. expenditure and ensure financial control.
• Conduct periodic site visits to assess progress, feasibility, and compliance with project requirements.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings for effective planning and implementation.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project SOPs.
• Prepare and review project status reports, adjust schedules as necessary, and highlight risks or delays.
• Monitor construction timelines and ensure milestones are achieved as per plan.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide guidance to engineering teams.
• Maintain close communication with senior management and provide regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:

• 10–15 years of experience in civil construction and project management, mandatory in large-scale real estate projects.
• Experience in managing multi-storey building projects is highly desirable.
• Candidates currently based in Mumbai are preferred (due to exposure to high-rise, premium projects).

• Excellent leadership and team-handling capabilities
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, BOQ management, and quality control
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across project sites when required

CTC:

• ₹10–15 LPA (depending on experience and expertise)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
