Project Manager (Construction)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (Civil Works) to lead project execution, manage teams, and ensure timely delivery of interior and civil construction projects. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling multiple sites, coordinating resources, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the project and guide the project team throughout all stages of execution.

Coordinate with project coordinators, site supervisors, and subcontractors.

Develop and monitor project schedules, work sequences, and execution plans.

Prepare budget estimations and track project costs during execution.

Manage manpower planning, allocation, and productivity at site.

Prepare and implement project execution strategies, methodologies, and quality systems.

Identify risks early and implement mitigation measures.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, management,accounts) and external agencies.

Ensure all project activities strictly adhere to the approved scope, drawings, and specifications.

Monitor progress through site visits, meetings, and weekly reporting.

Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow at site.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and execution methods.

Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and coordination.

Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
