Project Manager (Construction)

Job Summary

Quantet Builders Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure timely project execution, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and experience handling construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall on-site construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with engineers, site in-charges, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to project specifications.
• Plan and allocate resources (manpower, materials, machinery).
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and escalate important matters to management.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management or site execution.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety norms.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

Salary
