Project Manager

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Project Manager at Conneqtion Group, your main responsibility will be to oversee a team of Consultants guiding them through all phases of any Oracle Cloud/ Any ERP/ SaaS implementation projects. This role requires extensive project management expertise within a Consulting firm, as well as a comprehensive understanding of technical projects and the ability to facilitate successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions. You will provide structure, discipline, guidance, and direction while interacting with internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks. - Build and maintain the project plan, review all deliverables before releasing them to the customer. - Ensure Projects are delivered as per the plan, budget, and quality. - Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation. - Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. - Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met. - Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers. - Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables. - Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan. - Travel to client locations as required. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Project Management/ Any relevant qualification. - 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. - Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or equivalent. - Excellent Presentation skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Good to Have:** - Oracle Project Management Certification (preferred but not mandatory). - PMP Certification. - ITIL Certification.
