Project Manager (Civil)

1. Prepare & review Projects schedule with respect to critical path for timely completion of project as per project plan.

2. Prepare project wise budget and monitor planning v/s achievement.

3. Review the resource needs (man, machine & material) for projects & ensure for timely availability.

4. Review and provide inputs on construction spends plan for cash flow. (Budget Plan vs. Achievement)

5. Continuously track project health by ascertaining dependencies between projects, and regularly reporting to stakeholders. (MIS)

6. Highlighting for timely appointment of contractors to ensure for timely start of work and ensuring the issuance of work order within timeframe.

7. Highlight Impact of Delay on projects for management decisions.

8. Networking with architects / consultants / clients / contractors.

9. Taking report from different project managers & operations heads.

10. Assist QS team in preparation of BOQ of the site/sites & Adherence of the same.

11. Review of stage wise BOQ v/s consumption.

12. Assist the planning team for preparation of Schedule of project completion with time lines.

13. Prepare Work breakdown structure of all the activities of site/sites from Master Plan (Annual/ Overall project plan).

14. Ensure regular site visit schedule to check the work progress, guiding engineers & supervisors, problem solving to speed up work and prepare its review status at all sites.

15. Approval of Indents of sites and coordination with Purchase department regarding material purchase.

16. Responsible for quality & quantity as per quality norms of raw material received at site.

17. Verify plans, drawings and calculations for accuracy.

18. Over all Independent responsibility for the execution of project, management of labour, staff & Client.

19. Responsible for ensuring documenting all process active as per company policy and requirement.

20. Prepare, control estimate and to track actual expenses with control estimate on a monthly basis.

21. Conducting regular meetings at site with architects, structural consultants and service consultants.

22. Performance review of all the contractors at a regular period.

23. Keep track of the project bar charts, progress reviews, safety meetings, contractors and consultant meetings, stock and store registers.

24. Responsible for client expectation management, project scope/budget development, proposal documentation, schedule creation, sub-contractor management, contracting, and payment/invoicing management.

25. Adherence to quality standards with respect to GFC drawing standards.

26. Ensuring materials used and work performed are as per required specifications.

27. Ensuring that the team achieves the project's deliverable without unnecessary delays& follow up for same.

28. Check weekly progress reports to track performance and Conducting Performance Appraisals as per appraisal cycle from the project managers.

29. Ensure adherence to HSE standards and quality norms at site.

30. Responsible for store & site audit regularly to verify the consumption pattern & ensure implementation of SOPs at sites.

31. Accountable for compliances of RERA quarterly submissions.

32. Conduct & document minutes of team meeting.

33. Preparing reports/project status sheet as applicable & ensure record keeping.

34. Analysis of failures & achievements along with risks involved. Conduct RCA and CAPA for any discrepancies.

35. Mentored & train employees in best project planning practices.

36. Identify second in line in all the projects & develop them.

37. Become a HR ambassador & policy champion for the sites.

38. Any other task as assigned by Management as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
