Project Manager (Civil)

As a Project Manager (Civil) at White Pearl Constructions, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing civil construction projects across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of civil construction projects ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. - Oversee project progress and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, site engineers, contractors, and vendors. - Manage site teams, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards. - Prepare project reports, track budgets, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Enforce safety protocols, resolve technical issues proactively, and maintain a safe working environment on all job sites. Key Qualifications: - Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering - 5 to 10 years of experience in civil construction project management Key Skills: - Strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction methodology, and project lifecycle management. - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, etc. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Problem-solving attitude, decision-making capability, and familiarity with safety regulations. - Knowledge of contract and vendor management, with proficiency in Hindi being a plus.
