Job Role : Quantity Surveyor

White Pearl Constructions, a top-tier construction company with Pan India projects, is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors (QS) to join our growing team.

Qualifications: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Manage project budgets and monitor cost variations
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ)
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and site engineers to ensure cost efficiency
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts and tenders
• Track project progress and assess any cost-related risks
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project financials
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and contract regulations
