As a growing player in the Chemical Industry , we’re on the lookout for a motivated Project Manager with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team and help drive key initiatives forward. About the Role: We’re looking for a mid-level Project Manager who is confident managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. This role is perfect for someone who has a solid foundation in project management and is ready to take on more responsibility, contribute to strategic decisions, and lead projects from planning through to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and budget Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution Track and report project progress, proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans Lead meetings with stakeholders, team members, and external partners Drive process improvements and contribute to best practices in project delivery What We’re Looking For: 4–5 years of proven experience in project management or a similar role Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or MS Project, AutoCAD Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering) PMP, CAPM, or other certifications are a plus but not required What You’ll Get: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Career development opportunities and training support A collaborative culture with smart, driven teammate Ready to Apply?
