Project Manager

As an experienced and dedicated Project Manager at Chetana Empowerment Foundation, you will lead and manage various projects aimed at empowering communities. Your role will involve overseeing project execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful delivery in alignment with the foundation's mission and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple projects within the NGO sector, focusing on education, digital wellness, and mental wellness programs. - Develop project plans, monitor progress, and report outcomes effectively. - Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. - Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and oversee logistics. - Address challenges proactively to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and outcomes. - Engage with communities and implement impactful awareness campaigns. - Prepare comprehensive reports and proposals for stakeholders and funding bodies. Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of experience in the NGO sector with proven project management skills. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in budgeting, resource management, and stakeholder coordination. - Passion for social causes and dedication to making a positive impact.
