We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator for Chetana Empowerment Foundation

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to efficiently manage and coordinate various projects under Chetana Empowerment Foundation. If you are passionate about social work, have great organizational skills, and can handle multiple tasks effectively, this role is for you!

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and oversee Chetana's educational and empowerment projects
Coordinate between different teams, stakeholders, and beneficiariesTrack project progress, ensure timely execution, and maintain reportsOrganize training programs, workshops, and awareness sessionsCommunicate with donors, volunteers, and community membersUtilize digital tools for documentation and reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

3-5 years of experience in project coordination (preferably in the NGO sector)
Strong leadership & communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage teams efficientlyProficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and digital documentationPassion for social service and community development

Salary & Incentives:

₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
