Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager (Aadhar Project) to oversee and coordinate our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close projects, managing the entire project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as necessary.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risks.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Promote continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficient in project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
