Job Title: Project Manager Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager (Aadhar Project) to oversee and coordinate our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high standards of quality. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and close projects, managing the entire project lifecycle. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as necessary. Manage project budgets, resources, and risks. Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Promote continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role. Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proficient in project management tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
