District Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at our financial institution, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and attract more Business Correspondents to join our team. You will play a crucial role as an intermediary between our institution and customers, facilitating smooth communication and efficient transaction processing. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with customers to explain banking products, assisting with applications, handling deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers while ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will be involved in account management, assisting with opening accounts, loan applications, and providing other banking services. You will also conduct financial literacy programs to educate the community about financial products and services, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of financial concepts and banking services is crucial, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Travel may be required for this role, and holding an IIBF Certification and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field would be advantageous. Prior experience in banking, finance, or customer service is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates, offering a flexible schedule with a day shift. A willingness to travel, preferably 100% of the time, is desired. The work location for this role is in person.,
