District Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator at our company, your main responsibility will be to coordinate and attract more Business Correspondents to join our team. You will act as an intermediary between our financial institution and customers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient transaction processing. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients, explain banking products, and assist with applications. - Facilitate transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers while ensuring compliance with regulations. - Manage account openings, loan applications, and other banking services. - Conduct financial literacy programs to educate the community about financial products and services. - Ensure all interactions and transactions meet regulatory standards and guidelines. Qualifications: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of financial concepts and banking services. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel. - IIBF Certification (Preferred). - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred). - Previous experience in banking, finance, or customer service (preferred).
