Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager cum Business Analyst to lead end-to-end project delivery — from requirements gathering to implementation. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery while maintaining alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Define project milestones, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, and operations.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests proactively.
• Track progress through project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.

Business Analysis

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth transition to go-live.

Project Delivery & Quality

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum methodology preferred).
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure proper testing and validation.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and documentation practices.
• Manage post-delivery client handover and support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,122.88 - ₹93,118.08 per month
