Project Manager / Business Analyst

As a dynamic Project Manager cum Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end project delivery, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and organizational goals. - **Project Management** - Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget. - Define project milestones, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, operations). - Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests. - Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp). - Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients. - **Business Analysis** - Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. - Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories. - Collaborate with technical teams for accurate implementation. - Conduct gap analysis and process mapping for improvement opportunities. - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth transition to go-live. - **Project Delivery & Quality** - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum methodology preferred). - Collaborate with QA teams for proper testing and validation. - Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and documentation practices. - Manage post-delivery client handover and support. **Job Types:** Full-time, Permanent **Work Location:** In person,
