Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end project execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, production, and logistics.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.
• Communicate with clients for requirements gathering, project updates, and issue resolution.
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain proper project documentation and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Manage budgets, materials, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site visits to track project progress and ensure proper execution (if applicable).
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

• 5-6 years of experience

  in project management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Good product knowledge (customize based on industry e.g., LED lighting, electrical, manufacturing, etc.).
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and scheduling software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in LED lighting, electrical, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle client-facing roles and manage field/project site requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
