Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality output
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations, queries, and project updates
Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, including technical, support, and operations to ensure smooth project flow
Plan, track, and monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Manage customer accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and high satisfaction levels
Conduct requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis to support project objectives
Guide and mentor team members, ensuring productivity and performance standards
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review
Identify risks, challenges, and gaps in the project lifecycle and propose effective solutions
Ensure adherence to organisational processes, compliance, and quality standards
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients and internal stakeholders
Support business growth by identifying opportunities for process improvement and upselling services

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
