Project Manager

Astha Interiors and Infrastructure is seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage complete interior projects, ensure smooth coordination between clients, site teams, and vendors, and deliver projects on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage end-to-end execution of interior projects—from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and track project schedules, BOQs, work progress reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Oversee procurement coordination—verify material requirements, timelines, and quality before installation.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Handle client communication, understand requirements, and provide timely updates.
• Ensure timely completion of work as per project deadlines and handover schedule.
• Lead site teams including supervisors, electricians, carpenters, plumbers, civil teams, etc.
• Conduct quality checks, testing, and final inspection before project completion.
• Identify risks, delay, and propose corrective actions to keep the project on track.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior execution, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent planning, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Good command of client handling and communication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, (AutoCAD) and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and handle pressure effectively.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Technology, Architecture, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
• Proven track record of handling commercial or residential interior projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
