Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Utilize methodologies such as Waterfall and Lean Six Sigma for process improvement.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Implement process mapping techniques to streamline workflows.
• Manage contracts and vendor relationships as necessary for project execution.
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in program management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of project engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with project planning tools and software.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is advantageous.
