Project Manager

The Project Manager will coordinate across design, development, QA, marketing, and content teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on time, tested, and ready for release.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and track all Blazpay project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Schedule and lead

  team meetings

  , daily standups, and progress reviews.
• Coordinate between

  development, QA, content, and marketing teams

  .
• Oversee and validate

  QA testing cycles

  , including UAT and production releases.
• Ensure all reported issues are documented, assigned, and resolved promptly.
• Supervise and approve

  articles, documentation, and announcements

  before publishing.
• Maintain structured project documentation (Notion, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Communicate progress updates, risks, and upcoming goals to management.
• Ensure project timelines are met and report any blockers proactively.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in project or product management.
• Strong understanding of

  Web3, blockchain, or fintech

  environments.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with tools like

  Notion, Trello, Jira, or ClickUp

  .
• Familiarity with

  QA processes

  , user acceptance testing, and bug tracking.
• Capable of handling multiple teams and workflows simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and result-oriented mindset.

Good to Have

• Prior experience managing

  DeFi, Web3, or crypto-related

  projects.
• Understanding of

  smart contract deployments

  , testnets, and release cycles.
• Experience in
