Project Manager – Client Delivery (5–8 Years)

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee client projects end-to-end and ensure smooth, successful delivery. This role is best suited for professionals who began their careers in Business Development (an MBA is a plus) and later transitioned into Business Analysis with a focus on delivery. While technical depth is valuable, what truly matters here are the right attitude, ownership, and business acumen.

Key Responsibility :

• Delivery Execution:

  Oversee end-to-end execution of software projects, ensuring outcomes are aligned with client expectations and timelines.

• Risk Identification & Mitigation:

  Spot potential risks early, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and ensure minimal disruption.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Act as the main bridge between U.S.-based clients and internal technical teams, ensuring clarity and transparency.

• Process Management:

  Implement and uphold delivery checklists and best practices to drive consistency and quality across projects.

What we're looking for :

• Experience:

  5–8 years of project management experience, ideally in IT services/software delivery.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  Exceptional interpersonal skills to handle client-facing discussions.

• Technical Acumen:

  Basic understanding of software development processes to identify gaps and guide the team effectively.

• Problem Solving:

  Strong ability to connect the dots, anticipate challenges, and ensure smooth execution.

• Mindset:

  Ownership-driven, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic startup environments.
