Project Manager

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive and all-rounder Project Manager who can handle end-to-end project operations — from planning to execution — especially in government and infrastructure-based projects. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, process-oriented, and capable of managing multiple teams efficiently without overcomplicating the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all project phases to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Manage project documentation, billing, approvals, and site progress reports.
• Supervise on-site teams and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Monitor manpower, material, and resource allocation effectively.
• Handle project review meetings and progress updates with management and clients.
• Support tender preparation, BOQ verification, and cost control activities.
• Ensure all government norms, documentation, and audit requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (or related).
• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in project management, preferably in government or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge with practical site experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally.
