Job Description: Accounts - Billing Follow-up Executive We are seeking an Accounts - Billing Follow-up Executive (Male preferred) to join our team immediately. This role combines financial record maintenance and billing coordination, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities : Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable and receivable. Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently. Handle billing and payment follow-ups with clients, contractors, and government departments. Assist in preparing tender submissions. Coordinate vendor registrations and manage EMD/Tender Fee collection. Liaise with vendors and clients for effective communication and issue resolution. Search, prepare, and submit necessary documents for billing and compliance. Qualifications : Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounts, or a related field. Experience : 1-2 years of experience in accountancy or billing coordination. Strong proficiency in Word, Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
