Description
As a Project Manager within the Professional Services Team at Basware, your role is crucial in leading the successful delivery of Basware software solutions and services for global customers. You will need to have strong project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline to ensure that each engagement achieves its desired business outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include aligning customer expectations with Basware's delivery methodology, driving execution excellence, and ensuring a smooth transition into steady-state operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of Basware implementation and integration projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. - Act as the primary customer contact during project execution, building trust and ensuring alignment with client goals. - Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, track milestones, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders. - Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and manage issues to maintain project health. - Monitor project financials including budgets, forecasts, and margins: ensure adherence to the contractual terms. - Ensure projects meet internal audit requirements and compliance standards. - Work closely with solution consultants, solution architects, customer support, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless handover to operations. - Contribute to refining project delivery methodologies, standardized templates, and best practices across the professional services organization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology/Computer Science, Business, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices in a SaaS or enterprise software environment. - Demonstrated experience (at least 5-8 years) in managing end-to-end implementation projects, preferably in finance automation, ERP, or enterprise solutions. - Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly desirable. - Strong customer advocacy and relationship management skills, with a track record of driving customer satisfaction and adoption. - Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Experience working in a global delivery model, collaborating across time zones and cultures.,
