JOB SUMMARY
- Drive adoption of Protection Health products across channels through training, enablement, and performance tracking
- Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and recommend interventions to improve penetration and productivity across channels
- Build strong relationship with cross functional teams and influence them to launch impactful initiatives
- Lead key projects and pilots to test innovative ideas and business models
- Perform data analysis and develop insightful dashboards to support tracking and process improvement initiatives
- Continuously enhance processes with a focus on quality, customer experience, and distribution effectiveness
- Prepare strategic documents for Channel Head discussions and Management Business Reviews
Measure of Success
- Growth in Protection Health business volumes and penetration across channels
- Timely and successful execution of strategic initiatives and pilots
- Quality and impact of insights, analysis, and recommendations provided to leadership
- Accurate timely preparation of decks Channel Head discussions Management Business review
