Job Description

Position:

Project Execution Lead / Site Engineer – Interiors

Responsibilities:

Understand and work with 2D/3D drawings for civil, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
Identify any design issues and highlight possible risks before work starts.
Check work orders, BOQs, and drawings for accuracy and clarity.
Prepare and manage project schedules to ensure smooth execution.
Visit sites regularly to check work quality and progress.
Make sure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
Share regular site updates with clients and internal teams.
Coordinate between Designers, Clients, and Vendors during the project.
Maintain project trackers and weekly progress reports.
Identify delays or issues and take corrective action quickly.
Ensure all checklists and work procedures are followed for the best results.
Work with internal teams to improve SOPs, pricing, and processes.
Build strong relations with vendors and contractors and resolve site issues quickly.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Education:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Experience:
2–3 years in interior project execution or site management.
Good understanding of modular furniture, civil, MEP, and finishing work.
Can read and understand technical drawings and BOQs.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and focused on timelines.
Able to manage multiple sites at once.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
