Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager Trainee to support our project management team in delivering successful projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies. The trainee will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities while learning key project management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers and Scrum Masters in planning and executing projects
• Support Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Help maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve issues
• Learn and apply Agile principles and best practices in real project environments
• Update and manage project data using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders under supervision
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of Project Management, Agile, and Scrum concepts
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus

Preferred:

• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) – added advantage
• Internship or academic experience in Agile environments
