Location: Bangalore/ Vellore/ Chennai (any) Experience: Graduate + 4 Years of Work Experience Industry: Skill Development / IT Training/ Training & Placements/ Educational Institutions Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage skill development projects in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cutting-edge IT industry technologies and proven experience in managing training programs. This is a target-driven role requiring strong coordination, organizational skills, and client management. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Act as the overall in-charge of the project/s, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes. Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and intricacies. Candidate Mobilization: Ensure candidates are mobilized and enrolled for training programs as per set targets. Develop strategies to meet mobilization goals within deadlines. Scheduling & Training Coordination: Plan and schedule classes in line with the syllabus and project requirements. Ensure trainers and resources are available for seamless delivery of training sessions. Activities & Industry Visits: Organize industry visits, workshops, and supplementary activities to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborate with industry partners to facilitate exposure to real-world applications. Assessments & Certification: Coordinate formal assessments in collaboration with relevant certification bodies. Ensure timely certification of trainees upon completion of assessments. Placement Support: Work closely with the HR team to facilitate placements for trained candidates. Support placement drives and ensure employment targets are achieved. Reporting & Documentation: Ensure timely submission of MIS reports and billing documentation. Maintain accurate records of project progress, attendance, and outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate degree in any discipline. 4+ years of work experience, with a strong understanding of cutting-edge IT industry technologies. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the skill development or training sector. Strong communication and client management skills. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet mobilization and placement goals. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
