Job Title : Project Manager & Scrum Master Location : Chennai / Bangalore Experience : 717 years Employment Type : Full-time -Interested Candidates kindly share resume to jayanthi.nagappan@photon.com Job Summary : We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager & Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Chennai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities : Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for multiple projects. Act as Scrum Master for 1-2 Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Ensure effective communication and coordination between stakeholders and development teams. Track progress, manage risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Work with Product Owners to groom backlogs and prioritize work. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing Agile best practices. Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Required Skills and Experience : 717 years of experience in IT project management and Agile methodologies. Proven experience as both Project Manager and Scrum Master. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban. Experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent. PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM/SAFe certifications preferred. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in software development or technical background is a plus. Experience with large-scale enterprise applications or cloud transformation projects. Strong stakeholder management across different business units.
