Project Manager and Scrum Master

You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction. This includes implementing and maintaining the Scrum framework, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver projects. Additionally, you will be developing and tracking project plans, resource allocation, and risk management while coaching and mentoring team members on Scrum principles and Agile best practices. Ensuring quality and process adherence will also be part of your key responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. A strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies is essential, along with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management (PMP) would be a plus. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, with working hours from Monday to Friday.
