Project Manager and Scrum Master

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction. Additionally, you will implement and maintain the Scrum framework, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver projects will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will develop and track project plans, resource allocation, and risk management. Coaching and mentoring team members on Scrum principles and Agile best practices, as well as ensuring quality and process adherence, will be crucial to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction - Implement and maintain Scrum framework, facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver projects - Develop and track project plans, resource allocation, and risk management - Coach and mentor team members on Scrum principles and Agile best practices - Ensure quality and process adherence Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles - Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget - Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Additional Details: The company is looking for qualified candidates who can join immediately for the positions of Project Manager and Scrum Master. The working hours are 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), and the work location is in Chennai. Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management (PMP) would be considered a nice-to-have qualification. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
