We're looking for an experienced Project/Support Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. If you have a strong grasp of SEO, SMO, website development, and client management, this role is for you.
Responsibilities :- Handle client queries via phone, email & chat. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, development, SEO). Implement retention strategies & analyze client feedback.
Requirements :-3+ years in digital marketing (client-facing preferred). Strong SEO/SMO knowledge. Understanding of web development workflows. Excellent communication & coordination skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
