Job Description

Manage project development from beginning to end i.e. through Engineering Procurement Construction. Follow the 6 Basics & live up to the vision of World Class Project Management .
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables based on the agreed contract.
Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals.
Develop project plan considering project dependencies and critical path and schedule project timelines/ milestones using appropriate tools viz. MS Project & monitor.
Develop communication documents.
Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements & documentation.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Coordinate for implementing best practices/ tools for effective project execution and management.
Estimate & submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes as & when required.
Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth execution of the project.
Ensure the external contractors complete their activities as per the agreed contract.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Motivate and supervise project team members, internal as well as external, and influence them to achieve project timelines.
Attend meetings with customers, consultants, and external suppliers.
Coordinate for effective project closure & hand over to the customer & to the E&S team internally.

What you can be

Qualifications

Chemical/ Mechanical/ Production graduate engineer having relevant experience in
Project Management within the EPC industry.

Knowledge, Technical Skills and Nature of Experience

Knowledge:

Good knowledge of project management related to Process industries. Understanding of engineering codes & standards.
