Description
As a Project Manager at ABB, your role involves leading the execution of small and medium-size projects, ensuring alignment with ABB policy, quality standards, and financial targets. You will be responsible for guiding the project team, defining project tasks, monitoring resources, and providing feedback. Your duties also include developing project plans, monitoring progress, controlling financial aspects, managing risks, and ensuring project closure as per contractual agreements. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the execution of small and medium-size projects in accordance with ABB policies and quality standards - Define project tasks, allocate resources, and provide feedback to team members - Develop project plans including scope, financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans - Monitor project progress, control financial aspects, manage risks, and ensure project closure - Act as the key contact for customers and maintain stakeholder relationships - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering - 8+ years of experience in a similar position - Proficiency in English; Arabic & French language skills preferred - Experience in managing complex projects - General knowledge in ABB control systems is preferable - Knowledge of E-Houses, electrification, and drive control scope - Deep understanding of cost, schedule, HSE, quality, risk, and stakeholder management - Experience in Automation and Electrification systems projects execution - Experience in Cement, Metal, Mining & P&P applications At ABB, diversity is valued, and individuals from various backgrounds are welcome to join the team.
