Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver interior design and fit-out projects from inception to completion. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design/fit-out projects across commercial, retail, and corporate spaces.
• Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and track milestones using project management tools.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications with consultants, architects, and clients.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and approve variations/claims where required.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and issue project status reports.
• Manage client communication, handle escalations, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead handover process and ensure documentation, snag lists, and closure reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution, MEP coordination, and material management.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera) and AutoCAD.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have work with Developer or Real state.
• Must have experience With Interior with Commercial Project

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
