Job Description:

• Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs. (RETAIL & HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY)
• Have experience in Furniture Designing
• Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
• Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
• Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
• Technical design (Material knowledge,BOM, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
• Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
• Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
• Holds project expertise in Creating BOQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
• Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
• Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
• Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related discipline
• 5-10 years’ experience in handling multiple RETAIL OR HOSPITALITY projects and should have wide design and detail knowledge.
• Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, furniture and mixed use preferred with portfolio
• Project management experience and should creative, imaginative and artistic.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max or similar design software.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning
• Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials
