Project Management Team Lead

We are hiring for a global organization in electronics manufacturing for Bangalore Whitefield location.

As a Project Management lead, you will be responsible for,

• Supervise and lead a team of project engineers, providing direction, support, and mentorship as needed

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Ensure that the team adheres to established project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.

• Provide performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations for project engineers

• Serve as a point of escalation for project issues and conflicts, facilitating resolution and mitigating risks

• Manage resources effectively to optimize project performance and ensure project milestones are met

You are self-motivated and not afraid to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. At the same time, you are open for input from colleagues, are a team player and exercises judgment in selecting the optimum solution. You know how to uphold the required level of quality in a fast-paced environment. You have a flexible approach and can adapt to differing audiences and often advises others on difficult matters.

Professional Qualification

• Graduation in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or related field

• 8+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Understanding of the entire PLM cycle which includes product design, development, validation, and part qualification.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Collaborative attitude with a focus on building strong working relationships across departments
