Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling:

  Develop and maintain project schedules using

  Microsoft Project (MPP)

  , ensuring realistic and achievable timelines.

• Project Lifecycle Management:

  Oversee and support projects from

  initiation to closure

  , meeting all defined objectives.

• Cyber Infrastructure Projects:

  Manage and support deliverables across

  SIEM deployment, vulnerability management, cyber technology implementation, IT audit closure remediation

  , and related initiatives.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present regular

  status reports

  for stakeholders; highlight and escalate risks/issues proactively.

• Resource Management:

  Coordinate with cross-functional teams to

  allocate and optimize resources

  effectively.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Maintain clear and consistent communication with

  internal and external stakeholders

  ; facilitate project meetings.

• Risk Management:

  Identify risks early, develop

  mitigation strategies

  , and monitor risk status throughout the lifecycle.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure all deliverables meet

  quality standards and client expectations

  .

• Documentation:

  Maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

  .

• 5–7 years

  of project management support experience.
• Proven expertise in

  Microsoft Project (MPP)

  and other PM tools.
• Strong understanding of

  project management methodologies and best practices

  .
• Hands-on experience managing

  Cyber/IT Infrastructure Projects

  .

• ISO, PMP certification

  (mandatory).
• Any

  cybersecurity certification/knowledge

  is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage

  multiple projects simultaneously

  and meet deadlines.
