Project Management Support Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing project management support for Cyber Projects, ensuring successful project delivery through effective planning, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project (MPP), ensuring realistic and achievable timelines. - Oversee and support projects from initiation to closure, meeting all defined objectives. - Manage and support deliverables across SIEM deployment, vulnerability management, cyber technology implementation, IT audit closure remediation, and related initiatives. - Prepare and present regular status reports for stakeholders; highlight and escalate risks/issues proactively. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate and optimize resources effectively. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders; facilitate project meetings. - Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk status throughout the lifecycle. - Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - 5-7 years of project management support experience. - Proven expertise in Microsoft Project (MPP) and other PM tools. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Hands-on experience managing Cyber/IT Infrastructure Projects. - ISO, PMP certification (mandatory). - Any cybersecurity certification/knowledge is an added advantage. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
