We're looking for a skilled Project Management Support expert to oversee and deliver end-to-end infrastructure projects ranging from network upgrades and server deployments to data center initiatives. As a Project Management Support, you will lead project planning, scheduling, and execution using Microsoft Project (MPP). You will manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Your responsibilities will also include delivering infrastructure projects involving servers, networks, data centers, and more, creating and maintaining detailed project documentation and reports, effectively communicating with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and report risks, allocating and coordinating resources across functional teams, and ensuring quality assurance and timely delivery of all project deliverables. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with 10-12 years of experience in project management support, especially in IT infrastructure. Proficiency in MPP and other project tracking tools is required, as well as a strong grasp of project methodologies. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role. Preferred skills for this position include MPP Scheduling, Risk Management, Project Reporting, and Resource Management.
