Job Description

As the Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for leading the project management function across the organization to ensure successful delivery of complex projects on time, within scope, and budget. Your role will involve strategic oversight, team leadership, and strong stakeholder management to align project outcomes with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Expertise in project life cycle management from initiation to closure - Oversight of multi-project portfolios and large-scale programs - Deep understanding of PM methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid - Strong focus on risk management and issue resolution - Budgeting and financial governance across projects - Developing and implementing project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for consistency and efficiency - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of project managers and coordinators for project execution excellence - Collaborating with executive leadership and key stakeholders to prioritize projects, define objectives, and allocate resources effectively - Overseeing multiple concurrent projects to ensure alignment with strategic business goals and compliance with quality standards - Establishing and maintaining governance structures including risk management, issue resolution, and project reporting - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes - Monitoring and reporting on project portfolio performance using metrics and KPIs for insights and recommendations - Fostering strong communication channels across departments to facilitate collaboration and transparency - Well-versed in Healthcare projects, SOW, Due diligence, and negotiation skills - Staying current with industry trends, tools, and techniques for organizational competitiveness and innovation Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred - Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects and cross-functional teams What We Offer: - Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses - Health and wellness benefits - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment with a focus on innovation and excellence - Diversity (Note: EEOC information was omitted as it is not part of the job description) As the Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for leading the project management function across the organization to ensure successful delivery of complex projects on time, within scope, and budget.
