You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales bids (RFI, RFP, RFQ) response process, ensuring all expectations, actions, and timelines are understood and met. This includes tracking milestones, interpreting sales bid requirements, overseeing compliance, and proposal reviews. Additionally, you will guide the opportunity team in developing proposal win themes and reflect them throughout the proposal. Your role will involve writing, editing, and formatting proposal documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and persuasiveness. You will also be expected to develop slides for sales bids follow-up presentations, quarterly business reviews, and similar activities. Continuous improvement of proposal content and process through best practices is a key aspect of this role. It is crucial to maintain newly created content in a centralized knowledge repository. Previous experience working on EU public sector opportunities will be advantageous. Qualifications: - Two or more years of proposal management experience - Language proficiency in French (Read, Write, Speak) and English, communications, or related field - A bachelor's degree in business administration, English, communications, or related field - Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Project management experience Successful candidates will possess: - Deep understanding of the proposal management/sales bid process - Excellent writing and communication skills - Extensive working knowledge of document production software - Ability to work under time constraints - Ability to work effectively in a team - Strong project management skills Preferred qualifications include: - Technical writing experience - APMP certification - PMP certification - Enterprise-level experience - Technology, business process outsourcing, business process automation experience - Ariba experience (or related online portal) - Qvidian experience You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales bids (RFI, RFP, RFQ) response process, ensuring all expectations, actions, and timelines are understood and met.
